Bran and Flaxseed Muffins

Ingredients
3/4 Cup oat bran1/2 Cup natural bran1/2 cup flaxseed (ground)1/2 cup flour1/2 tbsp baking powder1/2 tsp saltMix those dry ingredients and set asideIn a blender:1 whole orange (cut in 1" chunks to blend)1/3 cup Spenda blend brown sugar1/2 cup buttermilk1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce1 egg beater egg substituteMix blended liquid and dry together then add 1/2 cup raisins
Directions
Oven temp 375 F
Spray muffin tins with Pam. Fill 3/4 full as they don't rise very much. Makes either 18 mini or 12 regular size muffins.
Bake 15-20 minutes depending on size muffin tin.
Done when toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.
