Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 2 large *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1 1/2 cup Baking Powder, 1 tsp Salt, 1 tsp *Lemon Juice, 3 Tbl.Lemon Peel, 3 tsp Blueberries, fresh, 1 cup Milk, nonfat, 1/2 cup Granulated Sugar, 3/4 cup Butter, salted, 1/3 cup
Directions
Preheat Oven 350

Combine ingredients, adding blueberries last

Prepare loaf pan with Pam

Depending on your oven Bake 45 to 60 minutes, until golden brown on top.

Cool, Slice & Enjoy with Coffee or Tea

    I used buttermilk instead of the regular milk and lemon juice. I used whole wheat flour, instead of white. Brown sugar instead of white. A nice easy recipe. THANKS a lot! - 9/27/10
