Chicken tomato brown rice casserole

2 cups of brown ricelipton onion soup mix3 chicken breast (about 8oz each)small onion, chopped1 tbs of garlic, minced6 large tomatoes, chopped1/2 cup of 2% colby jack cheese
Make rice according to package instructions but add the soup mix to the water you will boil the rice in.
Saute onions and brown chicken. Towards the end add garlic.
In a 9x13 pan (sprayed with cooking spray) add rice, tomatoes, chicken and then cheese.
Bake for 20 min on 400.
