Tofu & Broccoli

Ingredients
1 block firm tofu2 bunches broccoligarlic, pepper, gingerbraggs or soy sauce
Directions
Cube block of tofu
Cut broccoli
Put garlic and ginger in nonstick pan on high heat
Add tofu and stir
When tofu is brown, add broccoli and other spices
Cook until broccoli is to your liking

    Very nice. Easy to make and tasty. I made this using frozen minced garlic and frozen minced ginger cubes, which made it even easier. I discovered after I had already started that my tofu had spoiled in the fridge, but it was great without the tofu as a side dish with an egg-white omelette. - 3/22/08
