gluten free banana bread

Ingredients
1/4 cup quick oats1/4 cup rice bran1/2 cup millet flour3/4 cup tapioca flour1 1/2 cup white rice flour2 tablespoons flax seed meal3/4 cup brown sugar3/4 cup granulated sugar1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda3/4 teaspoon salt2 eggs1 stick of butter melted and slightly cooled3 medium bananas mashed1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup fat free yogurt
Directions
Pre heat oven to 350 degrees. Mix dry ingredients in a bowl and set aside. Mash bananas, add yogurt, melted butter, eggs, and vanilla. Pour wet ingredients into dry and mix until lumps are gone. Grease one 10x5 loaf pan. Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for about 1 hour 10 minutes or until skewer comes out clean. You can make this into muffins, but you will need 2 tins to make 20 muffins.
