1 can Bumble Bee Prime Filet VERY LOW SODIUM Solid White Albacore Tuna1 - 2 stalks (about 7") celery, DICED1 1/2 Tbsp Mayo (I used Spectrum Organic)1 tsp Yellow Mustard1/4 tsp of Garlic Powder (more to taste)1/4 tsp of Onion Powder (more to taste)1/2 tsp of Mrs. Dash Fiesta Lime Seasoning Blend1/2 tsp of Mrs. Dash Table Blend Seasoning Blend1 tsp of Extra Virgin Olive OilNO ADDED SALT NEEDED!!!
Open the can of tuna, DO NOT DRAIN, place in mixing bowl and add all remaining ingredients mixing well to blend. Cover and place in refrigerator for about an hour to chill. Remove from fridge and stir, serve on your favorite whole wheat/high fiber bread; toasted is great!!!
