2 medium Tomatoes, red, ripe, raw, year round average1.5 tbsp Olive Oil3 fresh leaves Basil3.5 oz Capellini Pasta, cooked1 clove Garlic1 tsp Salt (for pasta water)Salt and Pepper to Taste
Cook pasta. While it's cooking, chop tomatoes, basil, and garlic and add olive oil. Toss well and add salt and pepper to taste. Drain pasta. Toss with tomato mixture and serve immediately.
Serves 1 as an entree, 2 as a side dish.
