1 (24oz) FarmlandŽ Extra Tender Boneless Pork Tenderloin, cut into 12 crosswise pieces2 teaspoons lemon pepper or Mrs. Dash (R) Lemon Pepper Seasoning Blend1 tablespoon butter, unsalted1 tablespoon lemon juice1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce1 teaspoon Dijon mustard2 ounces of dry wine1 tablespoon minced parsley

1. Place each piece of tenderloin between 2 pieces of plastic wrap. Flatten slightly with heel of hand. Sprinkle surfaces of pork with lemon pepper.
2. Add butter in heavy nonstick skillet on medium-high heat: brown pork evenly, about 2 to 4 minutes on each side. Remove to serving platter; keep warm.
3. Add lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce, wine and mustard to skillet with pan juices to deglaze the pan. Cook until heated through. Pour sauce over medallions, sprinkle with parsley and serve.
NOTE: If left whole, cook Farmland Extra TenderŽ Fresh Pork to an internal end temperature of 155°F., when measured in the thickest part of the meat. Let stand 15 minutes before slicing. Pork may be slightly pink in the center.
