Low fat banana bread

Ingredients
1 cup Splenda½ cup unsweetened applesauce1 cup mashed fully ripe banana1 egg¼ cup buttermilk or low fat sour cream1¾ cup flour1 tsp baking soda1 ½ tsp baking powder½ tsp salt¼ cup nuts
Directions
1. Combine Splenda, applesauce, bananas, egg and buttermilk. Mix well.
2. Sift in remaining ingredients and stir until blended. Add nuts if using.
3. Spray loaf pan with cooking spray. Pour mix into pan.
4. Bake at 350F 40 – 45 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.
