Mini Chip Pancakes- GF, DF

Ingredients
1 egg whole1 egg white1 1/2 BRM Gluten free all purpose flour1 1/2 c. almond milk1 1/2 Tbsp packed brown sugar1 1/2 tsp baking powder (GF)3/4 tsp baking soda1/4 tsp salt1/3-1/2 c. mini morsels
Directions
1. Heat griddle 375* F. Grease griddle with vegetable oil (or cooking spray)

2. In med bowl, beat eggs with hand beater until fluffy. Beat in remaining ingredients just until smooth. ( for thinner pancakes, stir in 1 -2 tbsp milk)

3. For each pancake, pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter onto hot griddle. Cook pancakes until puffed and dry around edges. Turn and cook other sides until golden brown.
