Rice with pasta and scallions

Ingredients
2.5 Tbsp Unsalted butter1 c Long grain white rice2 c Low sodium chicken broth1 oz Angel hair pastaDash Salt and pepper1 Scallion
Directions
Melt butter in skillet, then add rice and angel hair pasta broken into 1/2 inch pieces ad stir until lightly browned.

Add the chicken broth and bring to a boil. Cover and simmer 25 minutes. Add salt and pepper, stir well and garnish with chopped scallions.
