1lb Lean Ground Beef1/2 C White Onion1 C white mushrooms1 Bell pepper chopped (any color)1/2 C Marianara Sauce1 can Light Red Kidney Beans2 tbsp Chili PowderSalt to taste
Start with a large saucepan on medium/high heat, chop your onion and add to the pan, next chop your bell pepper and add that. Let them cook until the have begun to get tender, then add your ground meat. Allow that to brown. While that is cooking, drain and rinse your kidney beans, then add them to the pot with the marinara sauce and spices. Allow to cook until everything is heated through..... It's Ready!!
