Pumpkin Pie Banana Chunk Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients
Egg, fresh, 1 large (remove)Old Fashioned Quaker Oatmeal- Plain (1/2 cup dry), 2 serving (remove)*Wheat flour, white, bread, enriched, 1 cup (remove)Baking Soda, .5 tsp (remove)Walnuts, .2 cup, chopped (remove)Salt, .5 tsp (remove)Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp (remove)*Chocolate chips, baking, dark chocolate, 2 tbsp (remove)Vanilla Extract, 1 tsp (remove)Maple Syrup, .5 cup (remove)Banana, fresh, 1 medium (7" to 7-7/8" long) (remove)Pumpkin, canned, without salt, .75 cup (remove)
Directions
1. Mix dry ingredients
2. Mix wet ingredients seperate from dry mixture
3. Add wet to dry and stir well (Keep banana chunky)
4, Place individual cookies on greased/lined baking sheet and form into round cookie shape.
5. Bake at 375 degrees for 13 minutes!
6. Enjoy!!!
