Ingredients
0.50 head, large (about 7" dia) Cabbage, fresh 2 large (7-1/4" to 8-1/2" long) Carrots, raw 3 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Celery, raw 4 cloves Garlic 0.25 cup Parsley 1 pepper, large (3-3/4" long, 3" dia) Yellow Peppers (bell peppers) 2 cup Cabbage, napa 1 pepper Serrano Peppers 22 cup (8 fl oz) Water, tap 1 tsp Better than boullion beef flavored base - 1 tsp 4 serving soup, knorr boullion, chicken, 1 cube 1 medium (2-1/2" dia) Onions, raw 2 can Canned Tomatoes 1 cup, chopped Kale
Directions
Roughly chop all vegetables and add to a large stock pot. Add bullion and worstcesteshire, salt & pepper to taste and any fresh herbs you'd like. Cover with water and simmer until veggies are tender. Mash with a potato masher or use a hand blender if the pieces are too big. Serving is 1 cup and supplies 2 servings of vegetables.
