1 level scoop Garden of Life Raw Protein 1 Cup Frozen Mixed Berries (any fruit really can be used)1 tbsp Flax oil1 tbsp Flax Seed1 tbsp of Honey1 Cup Water (can use cran-water or other liquid, but it will affect calorie count)Ice (optional)
Directions
Add everything into a bullet or regular blender (liquid first or the powder sticks to the bottom) Blend to desired thickness (about 30 seconds to minute on a bullet type blender) serves 1
