Ingredients
Bear & Wolf Canned Wild Alaskan Salmon, 3 - 6 oz cans, 1 undrainedHealthy Life 100% Whole Wheat High Fiber, Reduced Sodium Bread 2 slices, crumbed in food processor100% Liquid Egg Whites, Member's Mark, 6 tbspHellmann's Light Mayonnaise, 3 tbspMrs Dash Garlic and Herb, 1/2 teaspoonChesapeake Bay Style Seasoning (Old Bay), 0.25 tspEmerils Orginal Essence Seasoning, 0.25 tspBellucci Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbspPam Vegetable Spray
Directions
Mix all ingredients together, except olive oil. Form into 6 patties. Heat olive oil in large nonstick skillet on medium high heat. Add patties; cook until golden brown on each side. Use vegetable spray to spray patties if they start drying out or falling apart.
