Yummy Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1/2 cup vinegar1/2 cup white sugar1/2 cup olive oil1 packet Good Seasons Italian Salad Dressing mix1/2 tsp ground oregano1 (14 oz) box Barilla Plus Pasta (We used rotini)1.5 cups chopped bell pepper1 medium zucchini, sliced1 cup scallions, chopped2 medium stalks celery, chopped2 cloves garlic, minced
Directions
Boil pasta according to package directions and drain.
Heat vinegar and dissolve sugar into vinegar. Add olive oil, dressing mix and oregano; combine.
Add chopped veggies to pasta, then add dressing mixture. Toss well and refrigerate.
Makes 8 servings.
