1/2 fresh Apple, sliced 1 small Banana, sliced 1 cup sliced fresh or frozen Strawberries, 1 cup fresh or frozen Blueberries 1 cup green or red seedless Grapes, 1cup cubed cantelope,1/2 cup Sweet pitted cherries1/2 cup diced fresh Pineapple1/4 cup chopped Walnuts, 1/4 cup sliced almonds1/4 tsp. Cinnamon, ground
mix fruit, nuts and cinnamon together and serve. A great breakfast treat.
