Ingredients
Directions
*Garlic (1 Clove), 9 gram(s) (remove)*Adobo, 0.25 tsp (remove)Bacon, 4 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced (remove)White Wine, 2 fl oz (remove)*Tyson boneless, skinless chicken breast, 24 oz (remove)
cube the chicken breast and season with adobo or other seasoning salt of choice.
In a cast iron skillet, brown the bacon until crispy. Drain excess fat periodically leaving just a little bit to brown the chicken.
Remove the bacon from skillet and set aside.
Place seasoned cubed chicken in the skillet - med-high heat
stir in the onions and the minced garlic. once the bottom of the pan starts caramelizing (turning brown) add the wine and crumbled bacon and stir. let it cook covered for about 5 min and serve with your favorite green veggies. I like asparagus with this dish.
NOTE: You can use turkey bacon for a more hearty alternative. If you do, just use olive oil to brown the chicken.
