shitake mushrooms * Cilantro, raw, 6 tbsp (remove) * *Fish Sauce, .5 tbsp (remove) * *Soy Sauce, 1 tbsp (remove) * chicken stock / Better than Bullion, 1 tbsp (remove) * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove) * red curry paste, .25 tbsp (remove) * Mushrooms, cooked, 1 cup pieces (remove) * Celery, cooked, 1 cup, diced (remove) * Scallions, raw, 2 cup, chopped (remove) * Ginger Root, 2 tsp (remove) * Lime Juice, 4 wedge yields (remove) * Water, tap, 3.5 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
Put all in pot and boil until done. Be careful with fish sauce and red curry. Red curry is hot, so if you want less spicy add less.
