Sesame Oatmeal Raisin Cookies

Ingredients
4 tbsp butter2/3 cup sugar1 large egg1/2 cup flour1/2 tsp salt1/2 tsp baking powder1 3/4 cups rolled oatsscant cup raisins/sultanas2 tbsp sesame seeds1/2 tsp cinnamon1/2 tsp nutmeg
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 180C/350F. Spray cookie sheet with baking spray.

Cream butter and sugar and add egg.

Sift in flour, salt, spices and baking powder. Mix until well combined.

Slowly stir in oats, raisins and sesame seeds. Lay 19 golf-ball size spoonfuls onto cookie tray. they will puff up, but won't expand much horizontally.

Bake for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
