Ingredients
Directions
6 oz milk1 egg3 cups bread flour1/4 cup sugar1 tsp yeast4 tbsp butter
In the bread machine well put in the milk, egg, bread flour, and sugar. (in that order) Make a hole in the center of the well and place the yeast. Put a tbsp of butter in all 4 corners of the well. Place the bread machine on the dough setting and let it do it's magic. Once the dough is finished then roll out into fist sized balls and let rise for about an hour. (or until double in size) Bake at 350 for about 12 minutes or until brown on top. Yields 12 rolls.
Optional: I melt about a 1/2 stick of butter and add about 1/8 cup of sugar then baste the rolls while they are still hot.
