Asian Chicken Salad

Ingredients
Chicken breast, lettuce, scallions, no sodium sliced almonds, La Choy rice noodles, and Naturally Fresh Mango Ginger Vinagrette.
Directions
Grill 3 oz. chicken breast with no skin. Chop 1.5 cup of lettuce and 1 medium scallion. Toss lettuce, scallion, 1 tbsp. of sliced almonds, & 2 tbsp. of rice noodles. Top with grilled chicken and 2 tbsp. of dressing. Enjoy!
