Sundried Tomato, Feta, Spinach, and Sausage Pasta

Ingredients
5 pieces sun dried tomatoes1 Chicken Apple Sausage, cut into small pieces1 cup Whole Wheat pasta1 Tbsp olive oil2 Tbsp basil1 cup spinach1 oz feta cheeseSalt and Pepper to taste
Directions
Cut chicken apple sausage into small 1 inch pieces. Pour olive oil into saute pan. Saute basil, sausage, and sundried tomatoes until sausage is slightly brown. In the meantime, boil pasta according to package directions. I like fettucini style noodles for this recipe. When noodles are ready, combine it with the sausage mixture in the saute pan. Add the spinach and toss until just cooked. Top with feta cheese and serve.
