FRESH POMODORO .. SAUCE VEGGIES AND CHICKEN

*Tomatoes, Hunts Fire Roasted Diced-14.5 oz can, 14.5 oz (remove)*Tomatoes, Hunts Fire Roasted Diced-14.5 oz can, 14.5 oz (remove)Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped (remove)Garlic, 9 cloves (remove)Swanson Chicken Broth 99% Fat Free, 1 cup (remove)Mushrooms, fresh, 1.5 cup, pieces or slices (remove)Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)THE ABOVE IS TO MAKE THE SAUCE.. also add.. romano cheese FRESH BASIL .. CHICKEN BREAST
Saute the cut up garlic and onions.. in a little chicken broth..
set aside.. saute mushrooms in broth.. set aside.. then the red peppers.. set aside..
pour cans of tomatoes in one pan add the above. cook 10 mins..
THEN cook some shitake noodles.. on min in microwave drain..
saute chicken in chicken broth..
then plate noodles with a little sauce and chicken ..top with Romano cheese.. and fresh basil.. tastes just like Bravos pomodoro pasta.. yum... ( u can add 2 anchovies to the sauce -- you will not taste them.. but i did not)..
If you do not like the veggies you can always use zucchini..
broccoli or spinach...
