Kids' Broccoli and Macaroni Melt

Ingredients
1 head borccoli, cut into florets1/2 lb macaroni8 oz lite cream cheese2 tbsp milk or cream1/2 tsp sea salt3 1/2 oz grated cheddar cheese
Directions
Cook broccoli in boiling water for 3-4 min. Dain and immediately cool under cold running water.

Preheat broiler to medium.

In same pot, cook macaroni in boiling water accoring to package directions. Drain. Replace it immediately back into the pot and add the cream cheese, milk, and salt. Mix over very low heat until the cream cheese has melted. This shouldn't take more than a minute.

Dollop into the baking dish. Sprinkle with cheese and brown under the broiler. You can also add bread crumbs with the cheese for a crunch (not included in the nutritional info). Makes 4 servings.....kids love it!!
