Spaghetti Primavera

Ingredients
1 tsp olive oil1/2 cup zucchini1/4 cup green pepper1/4 cup red pepper1/4 onion\ clove garlic1/2 cup 1% milk1/4 grated Parmesan Cheese4 oz Whole Wheat Spaghetti, dry
Directions
Cook spaghetti according to package directions, drain. Meanwhile, in a large skillet, heat oil and saute zucchini, read and green peppers, and garlic until vehetables are just tender. Stir in cottage cheese, then 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese an seasonings until evenly blended. Heat through until slightly thickened, being careful not to boil. Toss hot cooked spaghetti with sauteed vegetable mixture. Serve sprinkled with remaining parmesan dcheese
