Greek Pasta Salad

Ingredients
1 box whole wheat high fiber pasta (like farfalle or penne)2-3 medium summer squash2 small eggplant1 green pepper2-3 carrots OR 1/2 bag crinkle cut carrots1 pint grape tomatoes(may substitute other veggies as available)3/4 cup greek salad dressing
Directions
Boil pasta according to package directions and drain. Chop veggies to desired size; steam squash and eggplant to desired tenderness. Toss all vegetables and pasta with Greek dressing and refridgerate overnight.
