Ingredients
1/2 cup fat free cottage cheese1/2 cup egg whites1/2 cup oats1/2 SCOOP vanilla whey protien powder1/8 tsp baking powder
Directions
Makes 6 small pancakes, 2 3-pancake servings.

Blend ingredients, if you use a blender, add the wet ingredients first.
Make pancakes like normal on a griddle or frying pan.
Top with fresh berries, peanut butter, or yogurt!
