Spinach, bean and tomato casserole

Ingredients
1/4 cup olive oil1 onion, chopped1 family size bag(9cups) fresh spinach1 28 oz can tomatoes 1 15 oz can black eyed peas, drained1 teaspoon fennel seed, ground
Directions
Heat oil in a large saucepan over medium high heat. Saute onion with spinach, tomatoes and fennel for 15 minutes.

Add beans to spinach mixture. Continue to cook until thoroughly heated.
