2 cans White Shoepeg Corn8 oz cream cheese1/2 cup of milk1 small can of chopped green chilis1/2 stick of butter
Melt butter and cream cheese together. Add milk. Once smooth, add corn. Mix well and add chili peppers. I usually use a small rectangular-shaped casserole dish, but I have also used a 9x9 and it works just as well. Makes about 10 servings.
