stawberry peach smoothie

Ingredients
1 cup fat free plain yogurt1 cup frozen strawberries.75 cup frozen peaches1 medium to large banana.5 - 1 cup apple juice
Directions
throw it all in a blender and blend away, adding juice to keep it thinned down. i personally prefer it to be more like a shake, mmmm.
many a fine blender has lost its gears due to smoothie making, so pay attention to the sound of the motor.
and no need to add sweetener. fruit is all the sweet you need. ;>)
