Spelt Penne w/ Tomatoes, Peppers, Zucchini, and Chicken

Ingredients
3 oz Spelt Penne Rigate4.5 oz Chicken Breast (raw), cubed1.5 tsp Olive Oil22 g Shallots, chopped1 clove Garlic100 g Zucchini80 g Grape Tomatoes, halved100 g Bell Peppers, sliced1/4 tsp Dried BasilDash Chipotle Pepper
Directions
cook and drain pasta
heat oil and cook shallots and garlic until translucent
add chicken and cook untili white
add zucchini, peppers, tomatoes, basil, cayenne
reduce heat to medium-low and cook for 10 minutes
