Grilled Tuna Steaks

Ingredients
2/3 cup white wine or chicken broth2 tablespoons olive oil2 teaspoons dried oregano3 garlic cloves, minced1/2 teaspoon salt1/4 teaspoon pepper4 tuna steaks (4 ounces each)
Directions
In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients. Pour 1/2 cup marinade into a large resealable plastic bag; add tuna steaks. Seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate for 30 minutes, turning once or twice. Cover and refrigerate remaining marinade for basting.
Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray before starting the grill. Drain and discard marinade. Grill tuna, covered, over medium-hot heat for 3 minutes. Turn; baste with reserved marinade. Grill 2-4 minutes longer or until fish flakes easily with a fork. Before serving, brush tuna with remaining marinade.
