Chayote Turkey Veggie Mix

Ingredients
3 cloves garlic crushed1 medium yellow onion sliced into rings1 TBSP EVOO1 Chayote squash sliced into 1/2 in pieces1 can black beans1 can diced tomatoes1 package 99% fat free turkey breast
Directions
Add EVOO and garlic/onions to pan - saute.
Add Chayote - saute until just change in color.
Add remaining veggies.
Add spices to taste.

In seperate pan, brown Turkey.
Mix together.
Voila.
