Szechuan chicken

Ingredients
Chicken thigh meat bite size pieces- 800gmsGarlic chopped or pasteGinger chopped or pasteOnion thinly sliced 1Corn starch 3-4 tbspSalt PepperSzechuan sauce –as neededChicken broth-1/2 cupRed chili flakesNoodleFrozen vegetablesSpring onions to garnish
Directions
Mix chicken pieces with corn starch, salt and pepper.

Heat garlic, ginger, and onion in wok/frying pan

Add chicken and cook till done

Add Szechuan sauce till meat changes color to delicious brown

Add red chili flakes

Add chicken broth

Cook for few more minutes

Add boiled noodles and vegetables to chicken

Toss till thoroughly mixed

Serve with sliced spring onions


Note: Making the Szechuan sauce if not readily available:

1 tbsp each of hoisin sauce, sesame oil, and honey
2 tbsp rice wine vinegar, and soy sauce
Mix well
