1.5 cups non dairy milk 1.5 tbsp distilled white vinegar 1 cup cornmeal1 cup all-purpose flour1/4 sugar.5 tsp salt1 tsp baking powder1 tsp baking soda2 tbsp canola oil
combine milk and vinegar and set aside, then mix all dry ingredients together. Add milk and vinegar and oil, and mix until just combined. Spread the batter into a lightly oiled 9x9, or 9 inch round, pan and bake at 425 F for 25 to 30 minutes.
