Chicken Ala King (Homemade)

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breast1 can Campbell's Cream of Mushroom soup1 can Campbell's Cream of Broccoli Soup1 8oz. can Delmonte peas & carrots drained1 8oz. can Food Lion sweet corn drained1 cup water1 cup 1% Milk
Rinse chicken breast with water and then pat dry with paper towel. Place chicken breasts in Pam sprayed shallow baking dish. Season with your favorite seasonings ( I use powdered seasonings) Cover baking dish with foil and bake for 40 mins in 350 degree oven. When done let chicken breast cool down 30 mins. Then cut into small 1/2 inch pieces. Place in a pot, pour can of cream of mushroom soup, and cream of broccoli soup. Then add 1 cup of water and 1 cup of milk to pot. Stir well. Add drained canned veggies to pot. Heat for 20 to 25 mins on medium heat on stove top. Serve 1 cup with 1 cup rice .....or you can pour Chicken Ala King over 2 bisquits. Enjoy :) Makes 6 one cup servings.
