Chicken, Rice and Black Bean Salad

Ingredients
2 cups cooked brown rice1# chicken breast, no skin1 can black beans, drained4 plum tomatoes, diced1 jalapeno chile, seeded and minced1 clove garlic1/8 cup white-wine vinegar1.5 T olive oil1/2 t ground cumin
Directions
Cook brown rice; set aside. Grill chicken breast. Mix other ingredients in a large bowl. Add rice and chicken & serve.
