Kim's Cheesy Chicken Marinara

Ingredients
4 Chicken Breasts (Boneless, Skinless) cut in half3/4 cup chopped onions1 cup canned mushrooms with 1/2 juice1 small jar of Ragu Traditional Old World Style Spaghetti Sauce1 cup Kraft Shredded 2% Cheddar Cheese
Directions
Place chicken breast halves in the bottom of baking dish. Layer onions and mushrooms on top. Pour Ragu over the top. Bake at 375 for 35-45 minutes, checking chicken after 30 minutes. Sprinkle cheese over top right before you take it out of the oven.

Makes 8 servings.

    I did this and added a can of DRAINED Glory Seasoned Southern Style Turnip Greens to it. Excellent! It only adds 22 calories per serving and 1/2 extra cup vegetable volume. Yum!! Volumetrics!! - 8/8/07
