1 8oz can tomato sauce2 15 oz cans diced tomatoes1 tbsp dried minced onion1 bay leaf1 tsp dried Italian seasoning2 lb boneless pork chops2 tbsp olive oil
Brown pork chops in olive oil on both sides. Place in slow cooker. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and cook on low 6-8 hrs or until pork chops are cooked through. Can be served over noodles if desired.
