Pizza Casserole

Ingredients
1 pd ground beef1 can tomato soup 1 can cream of mushroom soup1 cup minute rice1/4 tsp oregano1/4 tsp thyme1/4 tsp. garlic powder2 cups shredded cheddar cheese1 cup chopped onion
Directions
Fry hamburger with onion. Salt and pepper to taste. While frying meat prepare minute rice. After rice is cooked stir in spices and soups. Bring to a slight boil and simmer for 5 minutes. As soon as the hamburger and rice mixture is finished cooking, combine and pour into a 2 qt casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Sprinkle on cheese. Heat till melted. Serve and enjoy.
For a healthier alternative use very lean ground beef or turkey burger.
