1 oz Bleu Cheese4 1/2 cups Spring Mix1/2 tbsp Balsamic Vinagrette1/2 large Granny Smith Apple1/6 cup Craisins1/2 oz Honey Roasted Pecans4 oz Chicken Breast, grilled and well seasoned
