Lynn's Miracle Soup

2 Big Cans of Vegetable Juice2 TBSP of olive oilsaltpepper1 1/2 Cans of Water2 heads of cabbage, chopped2 cups of baby carrots, sliced1 cup of celery, chopped2 vidalia onions, chopped2 pkg of portabella mushrooms, sliced4 cloves of garlic1 frozen bag of green beans1 frozen bag of peas
First get a big soup pan out and put the 2 TBSP of olive oil in, turn the heat to medium on the stove.
Add your carrots and garlic. When you carrots are starting to become soft, add your celery, and then your mushrooms.
Too this add your vegetable juice and water.
Now add the rest of your ingredients and simmer for about 1 hour
