1 package of frozen soy beans (defrost them by pouring boiling water over them and allowing them to sit for a few minutes)2 lb potato saladMarinade: juice from 1 lemon, 8 tbs olive oil, sesame seeds if you like, salt and pepper to taste
Makes a huge bowl of salad! I'd half the recipe next time.
