Oven fried Red potatoes

Ingredients
15 oz Red potatoes sliced1/2 tbsp Mrs Dash Garlic and herb1 tsp Italian seasoning1/2 tsp salt1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Slice potatoes then toss with rest of ingredients. Place in single layer on a foil lined cookie sheet and bake at 425 for 20-25 minutes.

The serving size is for 5 oz of potatoes. I only had 14.3 ounces on hand to cook, that is the reason for the odd number of servings.
