Ingredients
8oz Chicken280oz Lettuce (1 head)9oz Cucumber (1 medium)8oz Celery7oz Red Onion (1 medium)8oz Green Pepper (1 Large)8oz Walnuts12oz Dried Cranberries20oz Green Apples (3 medium cored)
Directions
Bake the chicken breast for 25 mins at 425. Core and cut up the apples to bite size. Toss them with the lime juice. Chop and mix up everything else.
