Easy Ground Beef Stroganoff

Ingredients
1lb extra lean Ground Beef1 Jar Heinz Home Style Beef Gravy (or brown gravy of your choice 12oz or so)1.2 C Low Fat Sour Cream (We prefer Daisy)1 bag No Yolks noodlesSliced or Chopped Mushrooms and Onions to taste, we like a lotAny spice blend, again to taste. We like Mrs. Dash
Directions
In large pot, bring reccomended amount of water to a boil for the No Yolk Noodles while you are cooking the veggies and meat. Add the noodles for the reccomended amount of time when the water is boiling.
In a nonstick pan, lightly brown the mushrooms and onions and set aside.
Brown ground beef and your choice of seasoning blend, adding the mushrooms and onions to the mix when there is very little pink left in the ground beef. Continue to cook until all pink is gone.
Add Brown Gravy to Beef Mixture
Drain your noodles.
Before serving, stir the sour cream into the gravy/beef mixture.
You can stir the gravy/meat into the noodles or serve over the noodles.
