Italian Wedding Soup

Ingredients
2- 14.5 oz cans of Chicken broth [Swanson's Fat Free is good]1 can of water1-10 oz pkg. of frozen chopped spinach1 eggShady Brook Italian Style turkey meatballs, quartered
Directions
Boil together chicken broth and water. Add the thawed spinach. Bring to boil. Add the meatballs. Beat one egg. Add it to the soup and cut through the egg whites until the egg "shreds". [similar in appearance to egg drop soup]
Sprinkle with parmesan when serving. For thicker soup, you can add pastina, orzo, or acine di pepe pasta. Serves 4.
