morroccan salad

Ingredients
1 can (540ml) of chick peas1/2 c. of chopped dates1.5 c. chopped parsley1/4 c. red onion2 tbsp cumin seedsjuice from half of fresh lemon
Directions
add all ingredients together except for cumin seeds and lemon juice. Lightly toast cumin seeds add to salad and than add squeezed lemon juice.. Makes 5 servings
